Top People to follow on Periscope or Top Periscope Accounts to Follow

Periscope is the latest must-have app in a live-streaming world. This app allows you to broadcast whatever you're seeing and hearing to whoever happens to follow you. It's like Snapchat's Story feature, but it's in real-time. Twitter bought Periscope earlier this year, in an attempt to rival Meerkat, another live-streaming app that blew up last spring. The app has the potential to change the way we experience live events from afar, be they are sports games or live news.

Periscope works seamlessly with Twitter and managed to become the go-to app for interesting people looking to live stream their lives. Everyone from politicians to celebrities have embraced Periscope to show the world what they're up to at any given moment.

If you are new to Periscope and looking to follow people who do awesome broadcasts or just do them regularly, we have compiled some who deserved to be followed. In case, if you don’t know yet how to add a person or follow on Periscope, go to the People section (fourth tab on the right of the app's bottom menu bar), then go to Search (magnifying glass icon in the corner), and start entering a person's name or username , to follow someone, tap on their name, option tab will pop up and tab on the “Follow” button.


Amanda Oleander


Oleander is a Los Angeles, CA-based artist, content creator who become one of the top users of Periscope right after the service was launched. Based on the number of hearts she’s received,  she has become Periscope’s “most-loved” user.




Chalene Johnson

Chris Austin Hadfield is the  world’s most famous astronaut used to send viral videos from the International Space Station. Back on Earth, he’s gone live-streaming, using Periscope to continue his educational science videos.

Michael Thomas "Tom" Green  is a Canadian actor, rapper, writer, comedian, producer, director, talk show host, and media personality. Sadie Robertson is well known for her dimples and engaging smile, but there is more to the 18-year-old charmer and star of A&E’s Duck Dynasty than that.
